Algebra II
Students will expand their Math II knowledge by adding content covering function inverses, an in-depth look at absolute value, polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions, circle properties, right triangles, statistics, and volume of prisms.
Prerequisites: Algebra I
This online, interactive class is a blended learning program in partnership with CTC Math. CTC is an award-winning computer-based math program that logically and sequentially leads the students through the challenge and discovery of important math concepts. Students will have access to videos and worksheets throughout the week as assigned by their teacher. Classes will meet once per week to play math games, dive deeper into content, and preview the next week’s lessons. The teacher is always available to have their questions answered and to help with concepts that students are struggling with.
This class is a foundational math class for high school and will set your student up for future math and academic success.
Algebra II should be taken before taking the ACT/ SAT.
