Leadership Fundamentals is a comprehensive self-paced course designed for high school students who aspire to develop strong, Christ-centered leadership skills. Drawing from John Maxwell’s influential work, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, this course unites the content from Leadership 1 and Leadership 2 into a single, streamlined learning experience.

Students will explore all 21 Laws of Leadership in depth, learning not only how to understand them but also how to apply them in real-world settings. Through interactive projects, collaborative tools, and faith-based insights, students will grow in their ability to influence, inspire, and serve others with integrity.

Course Structure

While students may work through the material at their own pace, access does not extend beyond the active semester. We encourage families to plan ahead and schedule consistent time each week for successful completion.
