Description
If your student is online, they already have a digital life. The only question is whether anyone has taught them how to run it well.
This self-paced cybersecurity course for high school is taught by ArkCybr, True North Academy’s industry partner, and it is not a list of internet dangers. Students work through six areas: digital identity and reputation, communication and community, privacy and data protection, media and misinformation, device and account security, and well-being and balance.
Then they practice. They adjust privacy settings on the tools they already use, draft real online messages, work through scenarios about online conflict and peer pressure, apply basic cyber hygiene to their devices, and write digital rules they can actually keep.
The course is proctored and transcript-ready. Each module carries guided activities, checks for understanding and small projects that build into a digital citizenship portfolio; finishing earns a completion certificate alongside the credit.
