About Hannah

Hannah Nehring brings both passion and precision to True North, where she teaches Entrepreneurship II and III and serves as Foreign Language Department Chair. A graduate of Lee University, she has a deep appreciation for language, culture, and global connection — one she instills in every student she teaches.

Known for making language learning accessible, engaging, and empowering, Hannah guides students through everything from tricky verb conjugations to real conversational confidence. Under her leadership the department holds high standards while fostering a genuine love of communication across cultures — because students do not just learn a language, they expand their world.

In Entrepreneurship II: From Startup to Scale and Entrepreneurship III: Lead & Launch, Hannah walks students through the next steps of building a real venture: refining a product or service, reading the numbers behind a business, writing a growth plan, and finally running a business with real customers. Her students learn that entrepreneurship is about serving people well and stewarding their God-given gifts with integrity.

Experience & Credentials

Hannah believes language is more than vocabulary and syntax — it is a bridge between people, places, and ideas. Her classes focus on fluency, cultural understanding, and real-world communication, with clear grammar instruction and plenty of room to practice speaking. Beyond the classroom, she plays an active role in community outreach, building bridges between families, faith, and education.

Hannah also brings real business experience to her entrepreneurship classes. She has taught Entrepreneurship I at True North and is an integral voice in the day-to-day business operations of True North Academy, so her students learn from someone who helps run a growing organization every day.
