Using the Christ-centered World Religions text from Credits Before College and the accessible yet scholarly Pocket Guide to World Religions by Winfried Corduan, students will engage with the core beliefs, practices, and histories of major world religions including:

Indigenous and tribal traditions
Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism
Confucianism, Taoism, and Shinto
Judaism, Christianity, and Islam
Modern secular and new religious movements

Through weekly creative projects, research assignments, and worldview comparisons, students will build a respectful understanding of religious differences while learning how to articulate their faith with truth and grace. This course emphasizes critical thinking, cultural humility, and missional awareness.

Learning Goals:
