Angie teaches High School American History, Writing, Literature and Composition, Psychology, and Adapted High School History classes.
Mrs. Ferrell lives in southwestern Ohio with her husband of 24 years, her youngest child, and several pets. Mrs. Ferrell has many hobbies, including gardening, bicycling, quilting, photography, writing, and curriculum development. She is an avid reader and in constant pursuit of new challenges.
Professional Degrees & Experience
Mrs. Ferrell enjoyed a 15-year career in Human Services before she answered the call to become a home educator. For the past 15 years, she successfully homeschooled her two children to graduation, founded a local home school support group, and created a non-profit classical co-op, all while pursuing various other vocations, including tutoring high schoolers and teaching Special Education at a cottage school. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology and a master’s Degree in Education from Park University, where she studied eLearning, curriculum design, and training program development.
