Exploring Grammar B

Exploring English Grammar B is for upper elementary students and beyond who need to strengthen their basic grammar skills and are ready for more! 

This course will use the Grammar Galaxy: Prostar, which is perfect for students who need a refresher of English grammar and who are ready for slightly more advanced skills. Short, comical stories teach concepts in a memorable, engaging, fun way! Students discover the havoc that ensues when the evil Gremlin tampers with the English language. This program utilizes the power of story, rhyme, and fun to engage kids and help them understand that grammar is a valuable and fascinating tool!

Grammar Galaxy: Prostar, the second in a series of language arts texts for first to sixth graders, teaches:

• reading skill development
• literary concepts
• vocabulary
• spelling
• grammar
• composition
• public speaking

This fun and engaging class will have students learning and enjoying their mission to master grammar!

Exploring Grammar B is a full-year course. 

Grading will be determined by participation in class and completing assignments both in and outside of class.

Grammar Galaxy Prostar Adventures in Language Arts

Prerequisites:

Exploring Grammar B is for students who have foundational reading/grammar skills. Students should be able to compose and write complete sentences independently.
